Apartamento adosado tipo IBICENCO de unos 78 m2,, consta de: 2 habitaciones , una de matrimonio con armario empotrado, habitación individual con dos camas y otra cama supletoria.

Salón - comedor CON CHIMENEA de unos 25 m2,cocina americana , una gran terraza de 26 m2, gran piscina i aparcamiento comunitario.

El apartamento está totalmente amueblado con todos los enseres para poder disfrutar de unas excelentes vacaciones.

Está situado en el entorno natural de las ATALAYAS de Peñiscola,con un ambiente familiar,sin ningún tipo de ruidos ni tráfico.

RRESIDENCIAL ITXASO es una urbanización privada con calles peatonales, jardines y una gran piscina, desde la terraza hay unas grandes vistas panorámicas al mar, a la montaña y al Castillo de Peñiscola.

.NOTA: l apartamento es adosado, totalmente independiente,sin escaleras ni ascensor interior para acceder a él.

Le comunico que en relación a sus quejas, lo siguiente: 1.- No había humedad en la habitación, hace un mes se rompió una tubería y en una esquina al secarse la pintura quedó un poco blanca, no era más de un pequeño trocito , como ya estaba ocupado, el seguro de la comunidad nos dijo que en septiembre pintarían la habitación. 2.-La nevera tiene un año, y al llegar la llenaron tanto, que como pasa en nuestras casas, tarda en enfriar,la prueba estar que el apartamento está alquilado todo el verano y ninguna familia se ha quejado.( los inquilinos que han entrado después de ella, del 12 al 26/08/17 son clientes ya desde el año pasado y si han repetido será por algo) 3-.El microondas con el uso se estropeó y ese mismo dia se compró otro nuevo. 4.-De la limpieza ,en ningún momento me comentaron nada, a pesar de que hablaba con ellos unas 5 veces al dia, los dos primeros días.( las personas encargadas de la limpieza al comentárselo se han quedado helados , no dando crédito a sus palabras) 6.En acceso al apartamento si hay escaleras,pero como hay en todos los apartamento que están en las Atalayas de Peñiscola,( que son muchos) de todas formas , con la dirección que consta en la pagina se puede ver por Internet como es la urbanización y su acceso. Un ejemplo, mis vecinos ,que son de Zaragoza, tienen más de 80 años y llevan veraneando en esta urbanización más de veinte años, , supongo que los ha conocido y han visto en la terraza Siento que a esta familia no les haya gustado el apartamento, pero esto es normal en la vida,no podemos gustar a todos. Why can't I call Antonio (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Antonio (the owner) a message.

If Antonio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
