COVID-19 POLICY

Many families are facing difficult decisions this year and weighing up the risks of travelling in these uncertain times. We want to reassure you that during your stay the health and safety of you and your family is our top priority. We are constantly monitoring the situation in Spain and the Castellon region. We continue to meet the required standards for villa rentals but our aim is to go beyond and provide you with the highest level of protection.

We have new measures in place to reduce risks:

To minimise the risk of contamination our management team and cleaners will wear personal protective equipment whilst cleaning the property.

All surfaces will be cleaned with our new powerful steam cleaner and other areas will be deep cleaned and sanitised during changeover days.

Antibacterial cleaning products are available for you to use throughout your stay.

Hand sanitiser and antibacterial soap will be provided.

Bedding, sheets and towels will be washed at the highest temperature and dried completely before storing.

This luxurious, detached villa is situated less than 80m from the sea, but if that’s too far then you can relax in the 8ft x 16ft private swimming pool (an extra fee of €150/£125 per week is applicable to cover heating costs, please enquire when booking). Stunning views of the sea and Spanish coastline make this the perfect romantic getaway. Alternatively, the villa is equipped with a state of the art entertainment system and a high quality outdoor Cornilleau table tennis table to keep everyone entertained during a family holiday.

Our aim is to provide a luxury space for our guests to enjoy. The combination of homely Spanish features with splashes of designer chic makes this villa special and unique. To accompany the splendid views, we have selected the finest furniture to ensure you can lounge and dine in style. The Orla Kiely tableware, premium kitchen appliances and roof terrace mood lighting make staying in for dinner as appealing as going out. If you do want a night off cooking, there are several restaurants nearby which cater for almost everyone.

Why can't I call Ian (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ian (the owner) a message.

If Ian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
