COVID-19 POLICY

Many families are facing difficult decisions this year and weighing up the risks of travelling in these uncertain times. We want to reassure you that during your stay the health and safety of you and your family is our top priority. We are constantly monitoring the situation in Spain and the Castellon region. We continue to meet the required standards for villa rentals but our aim is to go beyond and provide you with the highest level of protection.

We have new measures in place to reduce risks:

To minimise the risk of contamination our management team and cleaners will wear personal protective equipment whilst cleaning the property.

All surfaces will be cleaned with our new powerful steam cleaner and other areas will be deep cleaned and sanitised during changeover days.

Antibacterial cleaning products are available for you to use throughout your stay.

Hand sanitiser and antibacterial soap will be provided.

Bedding, sheets and towels will be washed at the highest temperature and dried completely before storing.

If you’re looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in a tranquil location, then look no further. This south-facing villa is perfect for a romantic getaway or family holiday. Enjoy partial views of the sea and surrounding national parks from the villas balcony/terrace. Situated so close to the sea that you can hear the waves, this luxurious villa is spacious, beautifully furnished and prepared to the highest standard. It is just a short walk away from the local restaurant and stunning coves. Slightly further away (2km), you will find Peniscola’s award winning beaches, harbour, castle, supermarkets and an array of tasty restaurants. However, there is no need to leave as the villa comes with an 8m x 4m private swimming pool, Sky TV, Wifi and a gas BBQ in the walled courtyard garden, which makes staying in just as appealing as going out. If you are heading out for the day, we provide a range of extras for you, including beach parasols, a cool box and more.

- The private South facing walled garden, terrace and balcony offer sun and shade. Perfect for outdoor living. Al Fresco dining on the large 6-seat table, relaxing in the sun or sitting under the shade of the adjustable 10m long sun canopy.

- Your 8m x 4m private heated swimming pool has a depth of 1.4 and is perfect for families. Pool inflatables and toys are available.

*The swimming pool is operational all year. The pool heater is "optional" for guests between October and March. An extra fee of €150/£125 per week is applicable to cover heating costs. Please confirm when booking. It has a full surround non-slip tiled terrace, solar heated poolside shower and night-lights. To swim in your own pool 26.c- 30.c during the cooler months is perfect for a winter-sun holiday.

- Beach parasols, mats, bag, chairs and a cool box etc for your trips away from the villa provided.

- We also have a baby cot, highchair, stairgate, Tommee Tippee microwave steriliser and baby monitor all available free of charge on request at time of booking.

- There is a detached garage available for parking with extra space outside the front door.

The booking process will be managed from our UK office where we will be on hand to answer any queries. Its not always possible but our aim is to be available from 7 AM to 9 PM. We have put together a fantastic local team in Peniscola to assist you during your stay. Why can't I call Ian (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ian (the owner) a message.

If Ian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
