85m2 villa with capacity for 5/6 people located in the urbanization Bella Lloma-tv and free wifi. Private pool. All on one floor: living-dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine, shower. A room with 1 double bed (1.35). Another room with 1 bed (0.90) and 1.35. Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Comfortable sofa bed can accommodate two people. High chair for child. Appliances: dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, stove with oven, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, hob, internet, TV, satellite dish for international channels and electric boiler for hot water. Terrace access to housing, outdoor furniture has Jadin (table and chairs for outdoor dining) chairs to enjoy the stay. The garden of the house has a plot of 500m2 and barbecue wood. With outdoor parking for 3 cars, pool and bocce family private use. In a quiet and close urbanization. Less than 2km from the beaches, restaurants, the center of Peñiscola and leisure. Pets allowed. Very suitable for holiday rest without noise, very nice area ara hiking in the Sierra de Irta, water sports, easy access to beaches and coves nearby villages (Benicarló, Vinaroz Alcoceber). Places to Visit: Morella - 80km, Delta del Ebro - 65km, City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia - 146km, the Albufera of Valencia - 145km, Cambrils - 112km, Salou and Port Aventura - 122km. Activities such as hiking, bike routes through the Sierra de Irta, natural coves on the south coast, fishing, marina, beaches, leisure and tourism.
