This cottage is located on the outskirts of Penryn near Falmouth, and can sleep four people in three bedrooms.Eldamar Cottage is a characterful cottage situated near the village of Penryn, Falmouth. Hosting three bedrooms; one double, and two singles, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, open-plan sitting, kitchen, and dining area with woodburner, a utility, and a conservatory. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, and an enclosed garden to the front and rear with terraced courtyard and furniture. Resting in a desirable location with charming features, Eldamar Cottage is a heart-warming retreat in a cosy part of England.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freesat DVD, Stereo/CD, Telephone - (incoming and emergency calls only) WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels provided. Travel cot and highchair. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden to the front and rear with terraced courtyard and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome, £20 per dog per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile and pub 0.7 miles. Note: The staircase is open tread.
