Newly refurbished in 2013, Villas on the Gulf, Unit F6, offers everything you need to enjoy a quiet and relaxing getaway. The unit is conveniently located in the middle of the complex and overlooks the pool and clubhouse area from its balcony. The balcony stairs lead directly to the pool and offer the closest access of any two bedroom unit on the property. Each day you can choose to stay inside or step down the balcony stairs to the pool, the beach (less than 100 yards walk through the Villas property) or to the trolley stop conveniently located at the property entrance.

The unit is a fresh and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath condo which sleeps up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. The living room has comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view of the pool, club house and lagoon. The in-unit wireless internet assures all your guests can remain in contact with others as desired. The master bedroom has a king size bed, new in 2018, and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has queen and full size beds, new in 2016, as well as a flat screen TV. There is also a twin roll away bed stored in the guest closet. There is one full bath connecting the bedrooms and a half bath in the hallway. A laundry facility is on-site in the complex.

The unit is on the top level of condos with an enclosed stairwell and reserved covered parking for your vehicle. The lagoon is adjacent the building and is home to several ducks, occasional swans, turtles and other water loving birds. Children and adults alike enjoy feeding the ducks from the gazebo.

Guests are encouraged to make each day their own masterpiece and come visit one of the best unspoiled beaches in the USA!

The unit is a great place for families, friends, snowbirds, or a romantic getaway. Pets are not allowed in the unit. This is a smoke free rental unit, has a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for the tenant and he/she must physically occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jennifer (the owner) a message.

If Jennifer (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
