Guests describe our condo as a "treasure". Voted best view on the beach to see Blue Angels show! You are unlikely to find a place that will make your stay on Pensacola Beach more comfortable. The panoramic views of our three waterways makes you feel as if the wind is brushing your skin and there is sand between your toes.........and you haven't left the room yet.

The unit is tastefully furnished with the owners unique touch of collected pieces from far travels. You'll feel quite at home in the kitchen, over stocked with everything you'd need from a coffee and toast breakfast on the balcony to a seated dinner party for 8. (Dining inside or al fresco!)

It is the ideal location for getting around the beach. Park you car and walk to the Gulf for a bit of sun and surf, then hit the Boardwalk to browse the local shops, grab a lunch or dinner at one of our nearby restaurants. You'll never have seafood as fresh as that prepared for you on the island.

You should take time to visit our pristine national seashores. Ft. Pickens national park, Historic Seville Quarter, Downtown Palafox Street and especially the Naval Aviation museum. Across the way you can rent a small sailboat, jet ski or hop in a go cart. Never too old!

Our stay was amazing. The condo is beautiful and the views are spectacular. We had a special treat one afternoon the Blues did a beach fly-by! Definitely would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Why can't I call Kelley (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kelley (the owner) a message.

If Kelley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
