Return To Me is a Purple Parrot Village Resort rental condo with many, many personal touches from the owners which all make you feel welcomed and comfortable within your first steps into your two-bedroom villa rental. The porch chairs and cushions invite you to sit and relax to watch the beautiful colors of a Perdido Key Resort sunrise or sunset. The downstairs furniture is substantial, plush and comfortable. Beautiful touches of artwork, decorative items, and thoughtful contents make you feel like you're in a lovely warm home and best of all - it is all yours to enjoy during your stay at the Purple Parrot. The kitchen is well-stocked with lots of extras to accommodate those that want to cook and there's plenty of storage containers for leftovers or takeout. You will enjoy your time and understand why the owners call this place...... Return To Me. You'll want to come back often!

Sleeping arrangements include a sleeper sofa in the living room, two double beds in the guest bedroom and a king size bed in the master bedroom. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and there is a half bathroom connected to the living room. The condo comfortably accommodates groups of up to six people, including all adults and children making it the perfect size for your next vacation.

Thanks for the feedback, however it is a bit inaccurate. Not sure who this guest spoke to, but it was not someone affiliated with the resort. The property is not being managed by a temporary agency nor was it "lost" by the previous owners. PKRM has been the Vacation Rental Company since 2005 for the Purple Parrot Resort. The resort is made up of some condo owners that live on-site, some that are vacation homes and most of which are available for vacation rentals all of the condos are privately owned. Management is onsite on weekdays maintaining the property in addition to being onsite on the weekends for check-in's. We also have a maintenance man who lives onsite in case of after-hours emergencies. None of the items mentioned as broken were reported to our office nor were they found upon departure in the condo. Please send an email indicating where the repairs were needed. The owner of this condo stayed for a month following this guest. She upgraded the master bedroom to a king-size bed and had all of the flooring on the first level replaced to keep it in good condition. The only difference between years prior and 2012 is that we did not have the Bar and Grill open this year, however several of our guests complimented the relaxing atmosphere out by the pool without the live music. Additionally, we have added thatch-roofed cabanas all around the pool deck, a volleyball court, large LED sign on the frontage and improved the landscaping within the past 2 years. Concerning the rate paid, the rates are tiered amongst 7 different seasons. The time of year in which this guest stayed was significantly discounted from peak summer rates. Unfortunately, their stay was just after we experienced a bout of inclement weather so perhaps the lack of sunny days at the beach influenced the stay in an unfavorable way. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
