This family-friendly condo sits on a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico - Perdido Key, Florida which is separated from the mainland by a beautiful bay. The condo is within the Purple Parrot Village Resort, a gated island resort complex, and comes fully furnished with all cookware, dinnerware, linens, etc. you would find in your own home. The sleeping arrangements include a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen hide-a-bed in the living room. Late afternoon time can be spent comfortably on the couch listening to music (iPod docking station, AM/FM radio, and CD collection provided), playing board games as a family (games provided), relaxing in front of a 32" LCD w/DVD in the living room (DVD collection provided), or watching a movie in the bedroom on another LCD w/DVD. You have your own washer and dryer in the condo if you should need to wash items during your stay. The Purple Parrot condo complex is large, yet is never too crowded. It has a fantastic 5,000 square foot/******* gallon outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, two saunas, indoor hot tub, and an excellent work out facility. A two minute drive will bring you to the National Seashore area which leads out to the beaches that stretch for miles and are perfect for beach combing and day dreaming. The clean sugar sand beaches "squeak" when you walk on them. The incredible emerald green waters call to you with their warm salty spray. So bring your sand buckets and shovels for the little or big ones for that matter. You are never too old to make a sand castle! Come and Enjoy!!! In addition to an electric outdoor grill the owners have left beach towels, beach umbrella and two beach chairs for you to borrow while you are here!

Thanks for the feedback. I am sorry that the Bar was an issue during your stay. Just as we do in all instances when available, we made another unit available although it was declined - likely because this condo is so fantastic inside. Re. the live music; The month of July is always busier around the pool than the cooler months. I would recommend vacationing here in October next time.. the weather is still warm, the Gulf waters are still warm and there is less commotion here in Perdido Key. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
