Immediately upon entering Perdido Sun 306, you will be greeted with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico through the floor to ceiling living room windows. The floor-plan of this condo offers more gulf-front windows than most one bedroom condos in the area, giving it a great, open feel. The main living area is furnished comfortably with a sleeper sofa couch and sits around a large flat screen tv, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The private Gulf front balcony is accessible from the living area, perfect for both entertaining and enjoying the outdoors while admiring the views. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cookware and dishware you could need to create memorable meals while on vacation and includes full-size stainless steel appliances. Thanks for the feedback although the review should not be rated this low. This guest called to find a condo following tropical storm Isaac. They needed a place for the same day they were calling about. We had them stay in this condo for a night until they could move to a larger two bedroom condo. This condo has been recently updated as we had a large flatscreen LCD television installed in the living room on a new TV stand. The decor is made up of palms and brown wicker to provide a beach-feel to the condo. The style preference is carried throughout the condo with the natural wood finish cabinets and wainscoting down the long hallway. The laminate countertop found in many of the condos was replaced with a tile countertop in this condo as well. This is also one of only two condos per floor which has corner windows in the living room which allows for more light in the condo. JD Hallam, PKRM Rental Manager

Thanks for the feedback. We checked the TV, but couldn't duplicate the problem. We just recently put a new flat screen TV in the condo so this may have been before we installed the new television. If ever you need linens while here, please let us know and we can get more to the condo. These are usually kept in a hall closet or in the bedroom closet so that they're out of the way when not in use. Glad it was a good stay overall and hope that you will be back to see us again soon. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact the property manager to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
