Dyonis is a 100 M2 apartment housed on the 1st floor of a charming historic mansion dated 17th century, on a tranquil bend on the waterfront. Simple elegance, authentic old town style and sophisticated design are creating a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere.

The highlight of the apartment is its position. It is situated in the nearest proximity of the two islands, St Georges and our Lady of the Rock and offers breathtaking views. 7 of the 8 windows are with sea view.

A small pebbled beach is 2 minutes walk from the apartment and the pontoon swimming is just a few steps away

During the peak summer months, the road through Perast is completely pedestrian, which makes a lovely atmosphere

The apartment is completely renovated and fitted with quality appliances and furnishings to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

From November to March, Perast has usually a mild climate, temperatures rarely goes under 10 degrees, there are many sunny days even if wind is often blowing. In winter winds are cleaning the sky and making it incredibly bright. The mountains protect the coast from the wind and the temperatures are mild. Everything is limpid and you can appreciate the vivid colors that made many visitors fall in love with Perast.

You can take long walks up and down the hills overlooking the sea and, if it's sunny, you can find a sheltered corner where to sunbathe.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rada (the owner) a message.

If Rada (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
