Villa Rosa Mauritius - 2-8 persons - Size : 190 m2 / 2051 sq.ft

Fully equipped modern spacious 4 bedrooms en-suite detached villa with own pool, 10 minutes walk to nearest beach, amenities and very good location.

Our beautiful L shape villa (built 2014) is private and has its own swimming pool. It is modern, light, spacious, open plan living, dining room, kitchen and patio.

Cocktails, aperitif, alfresco dining or BBQ can be enjoyed on the veranda with view of the private swimming pool and garden.

The villa has flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, 24 hrs intervention security alarm and also a home phone for local calls.

The manager lives next door and cqn be contacted if assistance is needed.

There are 4 air-conditioning bedrooms (all en-suite showers).1 king & 3 big double size beds, 1 double bed can be converted into 2 single beds (family room) and a separate WC with wash basin. We have a baby cot and a high chair. The king size bedroom has directly access to the swimming pool.

The villa has recently been repainted.

We have a no smoking policy inside the house. Astray is provided and guests are welcome to smoke outside or on the veranda.

There are plenty of free parking spaces. Refundable damage deposit 250 euros / £225 is required on arrival and returned on departure. A receipt will be provided.

Free weekly maid house cleaning and free internet.

Car hire and airport transfer can be arranged on request.

Home cooked dinner service is available on request.
