The ideally located accommodation Luxury apartments, recent of 60m2 (view on the most beautiful beach of the island through the balcony and the trees), located in the North West of Mauritius. (Péreybère). 1 minute walk from Pereybere beach. All comfort, Equipped kitchen, shower room, 2 rooms and Capacity for 3 people max. Balcony and lounge overlooking the beach of Péreybère. 1st floor. Private parking. Goalkeeper 7/24. Close to all shops: Supermarket (Winners), restaurants, public transport, car rental agency, nautical center and 5m from Grand Baie by bus, shop. equipped kitchen: microwave, fridge, hot plates, coffee maker Living room: TV with TNT USB sockets 2 Thermal curtain fans restaurants and water sports and the beach are <1mn walk A shuttle is provided for travelers who wish. The outward journey is recommended to facilitate key collection. This shuttle is not included in the price of the stay. Internet access is provided free of charge in the apartment. Exchanges with travelers Interactions will be carried out mainly by email to avoid misunderstandings. Exchanges through whatsapp will be useful in case of emergency or close to departure. The apartment is ideally located with a lot of services nearby: restaurants, public transport, nautical activities, car rental, supermarket and the nearby beach. Transport A shuttle is offered to facilitate the delivery of keys for those who wish to have a carefree package with a round trip airport. The package for the return airport transfer is € 40 per way (€ 40 one way Airport to Azur beach Complex and € 40 from Azur Beach Complex to the Airport). How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mira (the owner) a message.

If Mira (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
