Luxury villa for 6 persons with all comfort Villa las Golondrinas is located in a quiet picturesque village with 170 inhabitants. Within walking distance of local shops, cafes and restaurants. Located in a high quality urbanization. The property is completely fenced and only accessible through the gate with intercom. From the villa you have a wonderful view from the terrace of Lake La Vinuella and the sea in the distance. Malaga is at a distance of 55 kilometers, an hour's drive. If you choose the shortest route to the beach, drive to Torre del Mar, at a distance of 30 Km. The beautiful Lake La Vinuella is even less than a fifteen minute drive. With us all the luxuries included in the price. There are three bedrooms, a spacious living room with dining room, two bathrooms and a large terrace for breakfast with a lovely view. Space for six people and a cot at your disposal. Watching TV via satellite TV and free Wi-Fi available. Air conditioning both cold and warm is provided in all areas. For the colder winter months the living room features a fireplace with free wood. Of course, you can enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool of 5 to 9 meters with outdoor shower to cool off during the hot summers. Enjoy also our well-kept garden. Very spacious terrace surrounding the pool with sun loungers and parasols. A garage and parking for the villa is also available. The villa is equipped with bed linen, towels, all electrical devices provided in the fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker etc ... Also there is a barbecue available for you for an intimate dinner or a tasty feast with friends . Toys for the pool for children is also provided. A washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment is also available.

Urbanization is a small community on the outskirts of the village. A relaxing place ideal place. This place is also perfect as a base for all the cultural cities of southern Spain.
