Welcome to Sunrise Villa, a luxury two bedroomed villa on the 'Orestiada Home Valley' development with WIFI which sleeps up to 4 people.
The villa is finished to a high spec with granite worktops in the kitchen and high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. The villa is very spacious and homely and suitable for families or two couples. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both bedrooms have views over the pool and the local landscape.
The villa is in a quiet location, not overlooked as much as other villas and the pool has the sun on it all day.
The private pool is kidney shaped with roman steps (with a shallow and deep end). There are loungers for around the pool to get a great tan and an outside dining table and chairs for serving up food off the BBQ!
There are communal gardens on the complex which boasts a basketball court and childrens play area.
Ideal for people who want a quiet, relaxing holiday but still close to the beaches and a short walk away to the bars and restaurants. Plus, Protaras and Ayia Napa are only a short bus journey away so ideal for more lively nights out.....
Villa location: From the centre of Pernera town, having Knights Pub on your left and Windmills Hotel on your right, head up the road, passing the Chinese on your right. Carry on up the road, passing the turning on your right for the Golden Coast Beach and Harbour. Orestiada Home Valley is the next turning on your right.
If you wish to explore more of the island, there is a regular bus service just around the corner that takes you to Protaras, Agia Napa, Cape Greko, Agia Triada and Paralimni all for 1 euro 50 cents each way or buy a bus day pass for just 5 euros (children travel half price / infants free).
*Airport transfers can be arranged directly to and from the villa from 50 euros each way.
* Bed linen and towels provided (though not beach/pool towels). All beds are freshly made before your arrival.
* The villa is cleaned before and after your stay and all towels and linen are cleaned after your departure. A midweek clean and linen change can be arranged if requested.
*All electricity, gas, air conditioning, and WIFI is included.
*For your health & safety: smoke alarms, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and full instructions for use.

*A non-refundable deposit of 20% is requested at the time of booking.
*Balance of holiday is due 8 weeks before departure + a refundable breakages deposit of £200.00. If everything is ok after inspection by our property services agents we will refund your money of £200.00 within 1 week of your return home.

“Beautiful Villa for a Fantastic Honeymoon Holiday”
Sunrise Villa is such a beautiful place to stay for our honeymoon in Protaras. This lovely villa is even better than the photos on the website which already do it great justice. Jo Lamonby from Holiday Lettings was so very helpful. From the moment we booked the villa until we arrived home, Jo was on hand and always ready to answer any questions we had. The owner, Vasilis, was also so very helpful when we had a couple of queries which only he could answer. Nothing was too much trouble to ask either one of them which made the holiday even better as we felt we were in safe hands. Although the villa is about 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, with such a beautiful kidney shaped pool and lovely pool area which was sunny the whole day, to relax by, it was a perfect place to relax and unwind during the day. The fact that we were on our honeymoon did not go unmissed by Jo, who left us a lovely bottle of pink champagne to celebrate with. The only negative feedback I can give is that we can’t use it next year as it’s already booked for the dates we wanted. And that shows what a lovely holiday home it really is with so many repeat bookers ❤️
We have just stayed at sunrise villa well what can I say but amazing- the location of the villa for the beach and restaurants was spot on only a ten minute walk (a bit dark at night through the gardens and too hot in the day) at the beach there was some lovely restaurants which we ate at most evenings and a lovely traditional taverna just through the gardens didn’t need to cook once. The villa had everything we needed for a relaxing week by the pool (to hot to do anything else) we did hire a car but it wasn’t needed as everything was within walking distance. The villas setting is lovely and quite (apart from the road works at the main junction but didn’t really bother us and looked like they was about finished). and not overlooked all in all a great time spend in a gem of a villa would definitely recommend thank you
Sunrise Villa in Pernera,is situated ten minutes walk to the beach and ten minutes walk to the centre,the Villa as all the amenities you need,a kidney shape pool with the sunshine all day,it is so clean and tidy,we have enjoyed our stay there,so we have booked for next year,we would like to thank the owner Bill,for all his help,and Jo the manager for making it a wonderful holiday.

The villa is oustanding, comfortable, fully equipped and fulfills all expectations and tastes. Located in a quiet environment on a corner plot that secures privacy. The pool was clean and well maintained and the pool area was beautiful and spacious. One of the nicest and relaxing sites is the veranda, that is covered and has an excellent view of the garden and pool. Would certaily recommend to anyone. All family is looking forward to visiting again as soon as possible!!
