LOVELY SPACIOUS 3 BEDROOM BUNGALOW ........ on a lovely family friendly holiday complex, near Perranporth and St Agnes.

Set in communal gardens with lots of outdoor space and gardens, in the Ideal Central Location in Cornwall.

Lovely facilities here -- indoor swimming pool and sauna, play area, tennis, bar and restaurant, outdoor table tennis table.

This is a fantastic central location in Cornwall, just a short drive to so many beautiful beaches and attractions nearby.

PERRANPORTH is a charming seaside town, with stunning beach and great cafes, restaurants and ice cream parlours, bars and restaurants.

Lovely modern holiday bungalow, with open plan living space, 3 bedrooms and family bathroom. All beds will be made up for 6 guests.

This is a lovely modern property decorated with a fun seaside theme.

Wifi is available at the reception building, where you will find the Sports Bar + restaurant to relax.

LOUNGE AREA - spacious area has 2 comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV.

MODERN FITTED KITCHEN ...... with Oven / hob, Microwave, Fridge freezer, kettle toaster etc ..... and plentiful supply of mugs plates, glasses etc ..... Modern table + chairs for 6 guests in kitchen area.

DOUBLE BEDROOM ....... with double bed, double wardrobe, bedside drawers, bedside lighting

TWIN BEDROOM ........ 2 Single beds, double wardrobe, bedside drawers, bedside lamps.

TWIN BEDROOM ......... 2 Single beds, double wardrobe, bedside drawers, bedside lighting

FAMILY BATHROOM ..... bath with shower over and shower screen, WC sink with mirror over.

This is a lovely safe holiday complex. Cars park on the car park, which makes it lovely and safe for children to play and relax, without constant traffic around the site.

All linen is provided for 6 guests. Please bring your own towels.

The Sofa Bed can be avail for an extra guest or 2 at certain times. Please bring the extra bedding for this. This is not always available so please contact us regarding this before booking ! Small charge applies when Sofa Bed needs to be available !

Please note that during the quieter months from November to march -- Reception building is closed so facilities / wifi not available -- but we can offer amazing prices for these quieter months.

We can allow 1 dog at certain times. Please contact us regarding this. There is a small extra fee for this. Conditions apply when bringing a dog so please contact us before booking as this is not always allowed.

Facilities are seasonal ....... available from March to end October half term holiday.

Why can't I call Jane (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jane (the owner) a message.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
