PERFECT LOCATION NR PERRANPORTH -- Newquay is also just a few miles away ..... This is the ideal central location to get out and about exploring Cornwall. Perranporth is a charming coastal town, with amazing beach, great restaurants, cafes and bars, shops. etc.

Lovely modern, well equipped holiday property. There is 1 double bedroom + 2 twin bedrooms. Sleeps 6.

Open plan lounge /kitchen area, dining table + chairs in kitchen area.

Well equipped kitchen with fridge, separate freezer, microwave, oven + hob, toaster + kettle, lots of utensils, and plenty of glasses, cups etc. -----------------------

This property is decorated in a very modern style, bright decor with lovely modern pictures of local beaches nearby -- these include Newquay beaches, Watergate Bay, St Ives.

There is one downstairs bedroom -- so this can be ideal for anyone who has mobility problems !! 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.

We leave our welcome folder with lots of information to help you with ideas to enjoy your stay here!

KITCHEN AREA - this has oven and hob, fridge freezer to help you to keep stocked up for your holiday meals and essentials !! The kitchen has microwave, toaster, kettle. We make sure that the kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need, with plenty of utensils, cups, plates, glasses etc.

We also supply plastic glasses for children, and picnic set with plastic plates, bowls, cups etc.

1 DOUBLE BEDROOM AND 2 TWIN BEDROOMS - lovely and comfortable, with fresh bed linen. Also new mattress protectors + pillow protectors.

There is a launderette on site - making it easy to get your clothes laundered if required.

3 BEDROOM HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION -- Open plan lounge / kitchen area. Well equipped kitchen with fridge, separate freezer, Microwave, Kettle, toaster etc.

There is a dining table + chairs in the kitchen, perfect to enjoy family meals together.

The lounge area has LCD TV. Comfortable sofas to relax!

This is a lovely quiet resort, with fantastic facilities! There is a lovely indoor swimming pool, sauna, Tennis courts, Crazy golf, Children's play area.

The staff at this lovely resort are always helpful. ..... nothing is too much trouble ! -- Children and adults alike enjoy their time here

Wifi is available at the Reception / leisure building -- where you will always find a happy face to help you with anything you need ! Wifi is not available at the actual house.

During the quieter months Reception Building does close (November to March ) Facilities or wifi are not available at this time, but we do offer amazing prices at this time !

There is a good shop on the site, this sells a good range of supplies !!

Good Launderette on site -- small charge for this.

We can take bookings for 1 dog at certain times. -- there is a small extra charge for this!!

Please Note : we can only accept 1 dog at certain times -- so please contact us before booking, as we can not always accept a dog.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO CONTACT US BEFORE BOOKING -- IF YOU WISH TO BRING A DOG --- there are certain conditions that are very important ....... especially when new carpets / sofas have been fitted .... so this is not always possible at all. Also we may have other bookings for guests with allergies --- in which case we would not be able to accept a dog. Guests safety is very important.
