A 49" TV with coffee table and comfortable leather lounge set in the main living area. The main living area also has a separate reverse cycle air conditioner, which heats/cools the whole apartment.

The gourmet kitchen with granite bench tops, kitchen utensils, European appliances, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric jar.

Washing machine, dryer and clothesline are also available.

Guest Access

The entire apartment is available, including a secure basement car parking bay.

Free city's bus transport zone that gets you pretty much anywhere you need to go inner city, train stations and surrounding locations.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

We will greet and provide the electronic key to you when you check in the apartment.

You will need the electronic key to get in to the building, lift and to the underground car park.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before check in. Please let me know if you would like to pay for extra for hiring a cleaner for room service in the duration of your stay.

On Departure

Please remove all rubbish and threw the rubbish in the refuse chute in a small room on the same level.

Wash and pack away crockery and cutlery and leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.

Leave the electronic and room keys on the kitchen bench inside the apartment and close the door behind you. The building does not require the electronic key when going out. However, please note that the electric gate needs the electronic key for in/out of the car park.
