Description

The Sunset Villa is an ideal holiday home for couples and families and sleeps six comfortably in three bedrooms. Set in a peaceful location in a gated estate with a communal swimming pool with large private garden area offers the best for outside leaving. It is fully furnished with many amenities and provides excellent opportunities for relaxing holidays.

On the ground floor you will find a good size modern fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable lounge and the dinning area. From here the doors lead to the patio where you can dine and relax over a drink in complete privacy. A wash room is also located next to the lounge. The bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first floor. For your comfort all rooms are air-conditioned.

Well positioned within two minutes walk to the beach and within easy reach to local restaurants and shops.

Faros Blue Flag Beach: The beach is 2 minutes walk from the villa and is reached by stairs. It is one of the few beaches on the island that never gets crowded even in high season as a result of its length and wideness. The waters are clean and shallow and protected from the winds from the cliffs. In the summer there are lifeguards on duty. Water sports are available for hire as well as sun beds and umbrellas. Drinks and snacks can also be found in the beach bar. Amenities on the beach include showers, changing rooms and toilets. The beach is particularly popular in the summer nights either for a romantic evening under the starry skies or for more vibrant beach parties.

The villa is ideally placed next to the blue flag Faros beach with a variety of water sports (open from middle May until end of October), long sandy beach and crystal clear waters. The beach is next to a cliff therefore it is accessible through stairs. The villa is about 3 km from Pervolia village centre and 14 km from Larnaca.

Pervolia is a small friendly village offering a choice of restaurants and pubs/bars mostly located around the village square. The village has many shops, a bank and anything a holidaymaker will need. Visit the ancient churches of the villages close by including the famous 11th century church of Panayia Aggeloktisti in Kiti with one of the most significant and elaborate wall mosaics of Early Christian art.

Larnaca town is a vibrant place with a beautiful promenade with modern bars and restaurants of all kinds. A good place for shopping or nightlife. Visit museums and monuments or just enjoy the numerous beaches. If you are a scuba diver, diving the Zenovia wreck (18-42m) is a MUST.

For a special day treat yourself to a spa visit at the adjacent 4* e-hotel and spa.
