Luminoso monolocale, ristrutturato in febbraio 2016, situato in residence recintato in Peschiera del Garda, con grande piscina, parco condominiale (in cui sono ammessi i cani) e zona parco giochi per bambini. Il monolocale è completamente arredato, fornito di divano letto con materasso con spessore 17 cm e larghezza 160 cm, oltre letto a scomparsa. Completo di stoviglie, biancheria, lavatrice Smeg, lavastoviglie, microonde, frigorifero con congelatore, cucina con piano a induzione a quattro fuochi, wifi gratuito, tv decoder (no satellite), aria condizionata di ultima generazione caldo e freddo, phon a muro e tostapane. Presente piccolo terrazzino ristrutturato con tavolino.

L'appartamento si trova a 500 mt. dal lido dei pioppi e a 700 mt dal centro storico. Possibilità di noleggiare nelle vicinanze biciclette, scooter, automobili e barche. Si raggiunge facilmente a piedi dalla stazione e 1 km dall'autostrada. A 3 km circa Gardaland, Canevaworld e Movieland. A 10 km 'borghetto sul Mincio' il borgo più bello d'Italia. Inoltre in zona produttori diretti di tortellini, salumi, formaggi, vino e olio. Agriturismi e Spa con acque termali da visitare in zona.

N.B: alla prenotazione verrà richiesta cauzione pari a 100 Euro per eventuali danneggiamenti, che Tripadvisor RESTITUIRA' all'ospite al termine del soggiorno.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mirko (the owner) a message.

If Mirko (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
