Apartments adjacent lakefront with private entrance composed of large living room and sitting room with TV, double bedroom with TV, kitchen, bathroom and garden front entrance. It can accommodate up to 5/6 persons with extra beds. An apartment with two bedrooms and two apartments with one bedroom. Supply of linen chamber and bathroom with toiletries upon arrival. Ample car parking. Boat Mooring at 150 mt. about. The center of Peschiera del Garda can be reached on foot in five minutes. A few minutes' drive of the Garda parks, Gardaland, Caneva World, Safari Zoo, Sigurtà Park; and also coastal resorts of the lake and inland hills moraine Mantua and Verona. Possibility of convention with Trattoria Still Monzambano (a few km).

The apartments are located in a very quiet area away from the characteristic lakeside of Peschiera del Garda, only a few dozen meters. The beach is about 150/200 meters walk and the center of Peschiera del Garda can be reached on foot in five minutes and is about 800 meters. The rooms are comfortable and extremely large as well as the cucinae and lounges. Inside the building, fenced, it is reserved parking space adjacent to the apartments. Always available we try to make our guests' stay extremely pleasant.

    Die Ferienwohnung ist umfassend ausgestattet und liegt zentrumsnah in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
