Our Spanish Home is set on a hill overlooking the Polo Fields and the rolling hills of the Sonoma countryside. With a pool, open concept kitchen, living and dining room, and scenic outdoor spaces, this is an ideal home for gathering friends and family. This listing is for the entire house, which is the Hacienda, the Hillside unit, and the Casita, which is all one building with separate entrances.

The Hacienda, the main house, has a master bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed and a loft with 2 twin beds along with 1 bathroom. The Hillside is an adjoining building with a separate entrance. It has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 room with a twin bunk bed. It also has a bathroom and a small sitting area. The Hacienda has air conditioning in the kitchen/living room area and the Master bedroom only. The Hillside has fans in the rooms.

Our Casita, which is below the Hacienda, has just been renovated to create a comfortable environment for visitors to the Sonoma countryside. The patio and pool are a great place to grill, enjoy a glass of wine and take in the views of Petaluma's rolling hills. This unit has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom along with a small kitchenette and living area. The Casita has fans in each room. The Casita has its own separate entrance.

When renting the entire property there are 8 bedrooms with 10 beds, 3 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens. You have access to both outdoor grilling areas which include a Weber BBQ along with the pool to yourself. Please note that although this is one house with adjoining walls, these three units all have their own separate entrance. Total occupancy is firm at 16 guests.

The houses on the property are all fed by a natural spring. We supply Alhambra drinking water for guests and advise guests to use the supplied drinking water for consumption.
