This Island style property is a wonder to discover. It hosts a cocktail pool, gardens, amazing views, loungers, large decks, and hammocks. Located in a quiet area, nestled in a private secured neighborhood, our villa is perfectly located for the adventure of a lifetime. Megan's Bay is only 5 minutes away, while Charlotte Amallie where many of the restaurants and shopping are located is only 15 minutes away.

The villa is appointed with Caribbean style furnishings, it has Cable TV in living room and master bedroom, full kitchen with all the utilities needed, washer and dryer, two decks for Al fresco style dinning, both with views of the Atlantic and the Islands of Hans Lolick ,BVI,Jost Van Dyke, St John, and down Island views of St. Thomas. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on main floor. 4th. bedroom is a cottage and there is 1/2 bath with an outdoor shower used for the cottage, located on the lower half of the villa.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Louis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
