Our gorgeous family home is on the Tuscany/Umbria borders and has stunning views over the Tuscan hills and village of Montepulciano.

Set in a quiet location, amongst olive and fig trees it is perfect for a relaxing family holiday.

The house is very spacious with plenty of room inside and out for children to play and adults to unwind.

There is a very large living area opening on to a large terrace with views across the hills, a kitchen-diner with access to the garden and a 'winter' dining room. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms - 3 kingbed rooms (one with ensuite bathroom) and children's room with bunk beds and 2 singles plus a large family bathroom with bath and shower.

Lake Trasimeno is a 10 minute drive away, with beach, restaurants and children's play areas as well as local ferry access to the lake islands.

There are an abundance of places for wine tasting as well as excellent cycle routes and some spectacular hilltop villages and towns including Gubbio, Siena, Assisi and Cortona all within an easy drive.

Rome and Florence can also easily be achieved in a day trip either by car or train.

    How do damage deposits work?
