O FLAT IMPERADOR está situado no décimo e último andar do Edifício Imperador, uma referência arquitetônica no Centro Histórico de Petrópolis. Erguido pelos mesmos engenheiros que construíram o Palácio Quitandinha, sua concepção já visava dar suporte a quem, em vez de se hospedar no úmido e afastado bairro do Quitandinha, preferia o calor e a comodidade de estar próximo a todos os pontos turísticos de Petrópolis.

Para quem exige bastante espaço, o FLAT IMPERADOR é perfeito: é um quarto e sala de amplas dimensões, como raramente se vê. Mesmo apartamentos de 3 quartos costumam ter área inferior à que ele oferece.

A sala tem dois sofás (sendo um em gorgorão e outro uma bicama em courvin preto) e uma mesa redonda para quatro pessoas, com tampo de vidro e cadeiras de madeira entalhada. Um bar, todo em madeira, com três assentos altos, traz charme à sala e, pela vigia, é atendido também pela pequena (mas completa) cozinha.

O quarto é intensamente iluminado e, privilegiado, recebe o sol da tarde, artigo importante em uma cidade de baixas temperaturas, como é o caso de Petrópolis. Tem uma cama de casal, com colchão de molas ensacadas, e duas bicamas, comportando seis pessoas.

A janela do quarto é um capítulo à parte: sua vista espetacular da Rua do Imperador abre um panorama majestoso do Centro Histórico, tendo abaixo o Rio Palatinato cortando a cidade e, mais ao longe, a torre da Catedral São Pedro de Alcântara.

Tanto física, como virtualmente, o apartamento oferece opções hoje imprescindíveis. Há internet wireless e TV a cabo, providos pela maior empresa da cidade, a Tech Cable. Quanto às roupas, dois pequenos armários embutidos, na sala e no quarto, dão o necessário suporte para a permanência dos hóspedes, seja para longa ou curta duração.

Para todas as necessidades cotidianas, o FLAT IMPERADOR é bem equipado. A cozinha oferece fogão 4 bocas com forno, microondas, geladeira, cafeteira, liquidificador, torradeira, sanduicheira e todos os utensílios importantes em uma cozinha (além de facilidades oportunas como ferro de passar roupa). A conexão com a sala pela janela do bar é uma comodidade importante para quem está preparando a refeição e para quem espera por ela.
