Our retreat during October 7-17th villa is composed of 6 different homes over half an acre of hidden jungle paradise. There are ponds, bamboo groves, tons of jungle, gardens and yet only a 5 min walk to the main street in Ubud. It makes for a wonderful setting to host a wellness retreat. Please note we only run wellness retreats once a year unless special requests are arranged for a group of 8 or more.

Bare Health retreats are about having fun. This is not a tortuous biggest loser challenge. It's not about eating chicken and broccoli. This is about combining health and fitness while traveling in a new culture. Experiencing the surrounding environment in a healthy manner. And seeing some of the most beautiful destinations in the world, while making sensible choices along the way. I have designed a program that is jam packed of not only awesome workouts and activities, but an array of site seeing, healthy eats, cooking lessons, yoga on the beach, hiking, snorkeling, hanging with the monkeys (really, I promise!) and so much more. I promise this will be a trip of a lifetime and you not only will come out with life long memories but new friends too. And perhaps the travel bug might give you a bite.
