This “home from home” apartment is well equipped with modern appliances and tastefully furnished. Located on the first floor of a discreet and attractive small collection of apartments and townhouses which all benefit from communal facilities and the Peyia Springs "village" atmosphere. Access to the apartment is secure with a choice of steps or lift to the apartment.

This is an ideal base to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the pool, visiting local beaches and villages or travelling further afield to see historic sites, outstanding natural scenery, a range of nightlife and some great shopping.

There is a range of water sports available in Coral Bay, just a 10 minute drive away and several golf courses within a 30 minute drive.

Japonica is surprisingly large and light with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a larger than normal balcony offering great views across parts of Peyia, down to Coral Bay and the sea. The whole living area is welcoming and beautifully furnished. The kitchen / dining area is spacious, fully equipped with modern appliances and a ceiling fan. The lounge is airy and comfortably furnished with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, and includes WiFi, internet TV with a wide range of UK and international channels, a DVD player and both an air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. The large bedroom features a king size bed, bedside cupboards, wardrobe, mirror with shelf and air-conditioning unit. The bathroom is a good size with bath and overhead shower, wash basin, shaver point and WC. The balcony is furnished with patio table with 4 chairs, parasol and a barbeque to allow outdoor eating or a place to just sit and watch the evening sunsets.

The apartment has private underground parking. The complex itself is very well designed to blend in with its surroundings with a lovely swimming pool (please note that there is no shallow end) and bathing areas that gets the sun all day.

Sun loungers and parasols are available to use around the pool area, please note we do provide medium sized pool/beach towels.

The walk to the shops and facilities in Peyia village is up hill so people with restricted mobility may find this unsuitable however there are a range of bars, restaurants and kiosks accessible via a more level route.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter (the owner) a message.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
