PLEASE NOTE: Please contact us directly for stays under 7 nights. We would be happy to provide you with availability and rates. Nightly rate is standard for 7 nights or more. When the stay is less than 7 days then the nightly price is higher in order to cover turnover costs of linens, cleans, supplies, and management.
BUILDING
The villa's design is modern with clean straight lines and painted in a gorgeous deep red. Total inside square meters is 265. The pool, terrace, and Jacuzzi area is 1000sqm, plus the terraced gardens are another 2000sqm. There is no view onto other villas or towns -- only a view of green and farther off to the horizon, the sea.
There is an electric gate and parking for 4 cars, as well as free street parking available. The entry way is on the top or 1st floor, where the bedrooms are located. A glass staircase then brings you down to the kitchen and living space with pool, Jacuzzi, and terraced gardens. There is a security system so that you may sleep with the doors and windows open, should you desire. An air conditioning unit is located at the main entrance, to cover the entire floor.
LIVING AREA
Enjoy the epitome of the open-living concept with a space graced by full-length windows spread across south side of villa, flooding the living area with Riviera sun. With never-ending sliding glass windows, the stunning view runs over the pool and terrace, the green wilderness, and all the way to the great blue Mediterranean sea.
Intimately private with no one looking over the villa. The living space seats 8 comfortably, provides a gorgeous white stand up piano, and Bowers & Wilkens speakers with a Devialt tuner surround sound system. There is a Mac computer with Internet, and music system access to iTunes and over 10,000 songs at your disposition.
The dining area is spacious with a frosted glass and steel dining table with seating for 8.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is filled with luxury fittings, white Corian countertops, a small breakfast bar, 5-hob Siemens gas stove top, and a pop-up 5 plug tower for plugging in that all-important coffee machine in the morning.
There are two large bucket sinks, plenty of dry storage space, and an extra large refrigerator. There is also available a large dishwasher and two Miele ovens (one convention and the second steam) for your family meals.
There is a full size freezer outside and underground next to the pool.
A Miele washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the garage on the 1st floor.
BEDROOMS
There are 4 bedrooms.
The Master Suite is located on the garden floor with en-suite bathroom, walk-in Italian shower, bathtub, sink, and private toilet. There is a British super king, 190cm mattress, a walk-in closet area. There are views to the sea and access to the pool.
The Mistress Suite is upstairs on the 1st floor. Wonderfully bright and airy, this triangular room has its own private outdoor yoga terrace--complete with green turf, view of the sea, villa, and surrounding hills. A British king size mattress (160cm), two bedside tables, and an extra large closet is found here. There is also a brightly coloured walk-in shower, hand sink, and desk for writing your memoires…
The Teen Suite is painted in cool blue and black. It enjoys a 140cm British double sized bed, a desk, and large flat screen TV with DVD and French cable channels. There is an extra large hanging cupboard as well.
The Kids Room is painted in apple green and turquoise. You will find a desk, and 2 single mattresses of 90cm. There is a small sea view window and large integrated closet.
Both the Master and Mistress Suite benefit from air-conditioning.
BATHROOM & WC
There are a total of 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
Two of the bathrooms are en-suite in the Master and Mistress Suites -- see details in the bedroom description above. The Master Suite bathroom has a private toilet while the Mistress, upstairs bathroom, has only a shower and sink, no toilet.
The main family bathroom, located upstairs on the 1st floor, is decorated in fun bright tiling--waves of green and orange with an extra long orange and white designer sink. It has an extra large walk-in shower with rain showerhead plus handheld shower. There is a sink, mirror, toilet, and plenty of cabinet/ storage space for bathroom necessities.
PARTICULARS
The outside space consists of a pool area, with shower and Jacuzzi for 6; and a terrace area with lounge, dinging, and sunning points. There is also a small playground with swings as well as path leading down to the garden areas. The pool is solar heated and uses environmentally friendly products for sanitation --no chlorine, only ozone and brome. It must be noted that this sometimes causes the pool to be foggy if kept open all day and night--which is normal.
The relaxing area outside has a wood deck, a dining table with chairs for 8, a white leather couch lounging area, a sunbed, and a beanbag chair.
Small parties up to 16 people allowed.
Larger parties upon request may be possible
