Bonjour Monsieur, Nous vous remercions de votre avis sur l'appartement dont vous avez disposé lors de votre séjour à la résidence pour votre court séjour. Notre souci permanent est de satisfaire notre clientèle, aussi, et comme nous disposions encore de quelques appartements la semaine de Noel, nous avons voulu faire profiter de nos appartements pour des séjours d'une durée de 2 jours à nos clients. En effet, nos appartements se louent en semaine complète durant les vacances scolaires. Vous avez effectué votre réservation en dernière minute, bénéficiant d'un tarif défiant toute concurrence pour vos 2 jours. Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez remarqué que la porte du placard ne fermait pas correctement, et que le lit grinçait. Nos équipes de réception sont toujours à l'écoute de nos clients, et vous aurait bien entendu résolu ces quelques tracas si vous leur aviez remonté l'information, et nous n'aurions pas hésité à vous affecter un autre appartement. Nous regrettons fortement ces quelques désagréments, qui ne reflètent pas notre image de résidence classée 3 Etoiles, et nous allons tout mettre en œuvre pour y remédier. Nous serons toutefois ravi de vous accueillir lors d'un prochain séjour chez nous.

Why can't I call Alain (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alain (the owner) a message.

If Alain (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
