Modern luxurious 5-bedroom beach Villa on a quiet beach, with unobstructed views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. Beachside Cabana offers indoor/outdoor living and dining space, with a dedicated massage room and an Espresso machine. All rooms face the ocean. Italian kitchen, Miele products, Illy Espresso machine, Grohe and Hansgrohe faucets, Villeroy & Boch guest bathroom sink, and fine quality linens, and towels. With maid, cook, English speaking guest relations. 30 minutes drive to Phuket. Huge swimming pool and expansion lawn, with BBQ. Bodyboards, table tennis, croquet provided. Apple TV in the master bedroom and TV room, with large screen Samsung TV. The gym includes Life Fitness machines and weights, with Missoni Bolon flooring. Designer outdoor dining table, with modular sofa. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet, and all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The twin bedroom, for two, includes a walk-in closet. All rooms have UV-blocking roller blinds, and bedrooms include blackout curtains. Kenzo-designed sofa seat adds elegance to the downstairs living room.

We had the chance to spend 10 days at Summer Estate during the COVID period. Everything within the Villa was perfect. Location, management team, housekeepers, chef, etc. Definitely recommended!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Apanee (the owner) a message.

If Apanee (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
