Stay with the best!  Updated 2 Bedroom 2 full bath Condo in a quiet, resort like community that is highly desired because of its location, beauty, and convenience.

WHY PAY RESORT FEES?  Take advantage of breath-taking views of South Mountain throughout our resort-like community. Beautifully remodeled condo (2 spacious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms) located in the Ahwatukee Foothills. Get the most out of your vacation with our two community pools (one comfortably heated), a relaxing spa/Jacuzzi, BBQ grill areas at the pool with seating to enjoy the weather,  fitness center, and majestic lake (makes the perfect spot for Yoga in a calm setting).   Get all this without paying any resort fees.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION:  This is the vacation rental you'll want and find convenient on the property and to Phoenix attractions.  Our condo is located just steps away from Pool and Club House!  In the area you will find golfing, South Mountain hiking trails, large community park with volleyball, soccer, baseball, basketball, picnic tables and more. Head out for a horseback ride on the Gila River Indian Community, enjoy convenient shopping at the Phoenix Premium Outlets or visit Wild Horse Pass Casino, all just minutes away.  Walk to nearby restaurants, banks and grocery store.  Located close to I-10 so you get anywhere in the greater Phoenix Area with ease.  If you are flying in, Sky Harbor & Mesa Gateway Airports are only 20 minutes away.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND:  Tile throughout the whole condo with southwestern furnishings to give you that true Arizona experience (all new furnishings, linens, bedding, towels, kitchen wares, appliances, etc.).   The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy great meals with all the comforts of home.   Both bedrooms are spacious, having large walk in closets and ceiling fans.  There is a queen size sofa sleeper, so condo can sleep six!  Free WiFi, Smart TV with an expanded cable package, movie channels and access to NetFlix, YouTube, Amazon and more.  Work station provided for those corporate travelers.

We know you love your pets, however we keep our condo considerate for all guests, so no pets please!  Due to the height of the Orthopedic beds (approx. 36" high) we cannot accommodate small / young children (we do have a steps in each room for adults to use if needed).  If at any time you have a question or concern, please do not hesitate to contact us.  We look forward to seeing you soon!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send M (the owner) a message.

If M (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
