I have a full size washer & dryer, two private patios, steps away from 3 community pools & jacuzzis, BBQ areas, tennis & basketball court access, reserved parking space. My home offers complimentary internet, cable, Blu Ray/DVD players in living room & bedrooms, 60 inch flat screen in living room, 42 inch flat screens in each bedroom, DVD library, books, games, brand new beds, King in one bedroom, queen in the other, two master bedrooms with split floor plan, ironing board, iron, hair dryer in each bathroom, alarm clocks, living room has couch that lets out to full size, gated community, safe, clean, quiet, walking paths, professionally decorated, ceiling fans in living room & bedrooms, and much more!

The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles north of downtown Phoenix and minutes from the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Numerous golf courses are within a 7 mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. I appreciated all the information about restaurants, shopping and attractions. Two bedrooms and two baths was perfect for us and my Boston Terrier was allowed to come too which made me very happy.

Never been to Az..the apartment is nice and clean. Its a bit small and the pool are small and no gym..location is ok..the apartment had everything we needed and convenient. Host was awesome.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Phoenix (the owner) a message.

If Phoenix (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
