Whether you’re planning an extended stay or just a getaway, this contemporary three-bedroom desert home is blissfully tranquil, yet just 15 minutes from the airport and downtown Phoenix and downtown Tempe.

Imagine waking up each morning to that awe-inspiring stillness only the desert southwest can provide. You rise to make coffee in your gourmet kitchen and step out onto the spacious back patio to sip your French roast next to the pool, as the rising sun paints the nearby mountains in shades of vibrant red and gold. It’s easy to feel at home when your days start like this.

Inside this newly built home nestled at the foot of Phoenix’s south mountains, you’ll find three ample bedrooms and two and a half baths, including a master suite with king-sized bed, walk in shower, double sinks and a luxurious oval soaking tub with a view. Your kids/housemates can claim the other two bedrooms, located in the opposite wing of the house: Each comes furnished with a queen-sized bed and they share a jack and jill bath with dual sinks and a combination tub/shower--the best of both worlds!

Relaxation Under the Stars

After work and on weekends, the home is the perfect place to unwind or entertain: curl up by the fireplace for movie night on the large-screen TV, or head for the private patio with a mug of hot cocoa for stargazing (bring a blanket if you want, but there’s a separate fireplace outdoors, too, for extra coziness).

With off-street parking for three cars, an outdoor gas grill and patio seating for 8, the place is pool-party-ready. Or treat your friends to a gourmet feast in the spacious indoor dining room: the fully-stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances makes it easy to channel your inner Barefoot Contessa.
