Located in the remarkably unspoilt hilltop village of Piegaro, the house is perched on its eastern fortified wall just three minutes' walk from restaurants, bars and shops. Casa del Sole is a spacious, private home with large, secluded garden and wonderful panoramic views from every single room. This beautiful and luminous house has been lovingly renovated whilst retaining its 18c rustic charm. ncluding wooden beamed celings and rustic antique furniture. Start the day by having breakfast in the tranquil haven of its walled garden, dominated by a mature and graceful olive tree. Savour your cappuccino whilst you listen to the tinkle of sheep bells grazing in the distance. In the evening, enjoy an aperitivo in the garden and admire the richly changing hues of the landscape as sunset approaches. At Casa del Sole, enjoy the relaxed pace of village life where all the facilities you need are just steps away, with 2 bars/cafes, 2 restaurants, hairdressers, pharmacy, post office and village shops. This is your home from home from which to explore the must-see sights of Umbria and Tuscany which are easily accessible by car.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
