Exterior
The 230m2 outdoor area of Pithari villa with the private swimming pool (6,50 x 3,50m, 1,20deep) seem like a secret place, as to enter it, you must enter the house first. A secret and quiet garden with privacy to enjoy the sun at the swimming pool deck. The hammock under the trees with the rich shade is ideal to relax from the summer sun.
Taste the Cretan meat and the fresh vegetables at the BBQ. The view from the table near the swimming pool, will accompany you to wonderful dinners and the verandah is ideal for a drink admiring the sunset. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and outdoor furniture.
Interior
This fully renovated villa covers 130m2, tastefully decorated with respect to the traditional structure of the building and the surroundings. The villa offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is for common use and one en-suite bathroom.
Entering the house, on the ground floor, the spacious modern fully equipped kitchen welcomes you. On that floor is one bedroom with two single beds (which can become one double bed too upon request). Opposite the bedroom, is the one bathroom with shower, and the door that leads to the swimming pool and the garden.
Next to the kitchen are the stairs that lead on the first floor to the living room and the second bedroom. That bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. It can accommodate up to 4 people, as it has a loft with a wooden ladder which creates a romantic atmosphere of another time.
The living room with the nice view, has a sofa-bed (1,30m wide) that can accommodate one person.
