The villa can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 10 people.
Layout of our villa:
The villa is divided into two buildings and totally independent houses which share the same garden, giving you an advantage to stay in the same house with your friends and have your own private space!
Both buildings together are a total of 160 square meters offering 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchen areas, 4 bathrooms and 2 living room areas!
More specifically, the right part of the villa has only one ground floor which contains the living room with HD satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with shower, one bedroom with 2 single beds and the main bedroom which also has an enclosure bathroom with shower.
The left part of the villa contains another living room area with HD satellite TV, another fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower in the ground floor. Guests also have access to Viber.
On the first floor there is only the main bedroom with an enclosure bathroom with shower and finally in the attic of the house you will find another bedroom with 2 single beds.
All of our bedrooms have orthopedic mattresses and air condition.
In outdoor the villa offers 100% privacy even if it is located in the middle of the village, having neighbor houses next to it!
Between the two separate buildings in an area of 150 sq. meters you will be able to enjoy the 25 sqm swimming pool which is located in a higher level offering safety for young children, the barbecue and the dinning area under the trees' shadow.

Lovely Villa consisting of two buildings, both excellently equipped having two fully equipped kitchens, with two cookers, etc. was really good for a big family like ours. A lot of bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is a big plus point. The swimming pool is raised so perfect for the safety of our little granddaughter (2 years old) the main reason we chose this villa. Of course you still need to watch her, to stop her climbing the few steps up to the pool, but there was no danger of falling into the pool within seconds. The villa buildings are beautifully decorated with natural stones, etc. In the quiet and small village of Pigi with a small, but fully equipped Supermarket 2 minutes away. If you forget something they are still open until 10 pm, apart from Sundays, close earlier, which we took advantage of many times. The supervision and assistance by the rental agency, excellent.
