APPARTAMENTO DI 160 Mq. ,situato in una zona di campagna è a 5 minuti di auto dalla partenza CABINOVIA per PILA, comprensorio sciistico molto noto, per lo sci alpino. d' inverno e per la divertentissima pista di DOWNHILL e freebike nel periodo estivo.

A 30' di auto è possibile raggiungere tutte le vallate laterali comprese le famosissime TERME DI.PRE SAN DIDIER dove poter rilassarsi in piscine di acqua calda con idromassaggio, saune aromatiche, bagni turchi e tanto altro.

DURANTE L ESTATE NEI PERIODI CALDI USIAMO DEI RAFFRESCATORI AD ARIA FREDDA.

Per gli amanti della bike, a 5' dalla casa c'è l'ingresso nella pista ciclabile pianeggiante.

A 10' siete nel centro di Aosta, città romana , con la sua via pedonale, ristoranti e negozietti.

A 45 m. La skyway , considerata l ottava meraviglia del mondo.

La struttura è tinteggiata con calde tinte pastello ed è arredata con finiture di pregio.(armadi in legno con abbinamento a moderni design),atmosfera romantica e allegra.

Si sviluppa su due piani, a piano terra vi sono 2 camere matrimoniali ognuna con il suo bagno, una cucina con tavolo per 8,con terrazza esterna adiacente, dove pranzare allegramente d'estate.

1 soggiorno con tv a schermo piatto e dvd.

I 3 bagni di cui 1 con vasca garantiscono una piacevole permanenza per famiglie numerose.

NON SI FORNISCONO NE LENZUOLA NE ASCIUGAMANI.

On ne donne pas ni Serviettes ni draps.

Inoltre è possibile usufruire di un ampio giardino esterno, allestito con gazebo,barbecue in muratura, lettini per sole, tavolo per 8 persone.

Nelle immediate vicinanze è possibile praticare tennis, equitazione,rafting,trekking.Pista ciclabile molto panoramica ad 1' dalla casa.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cristina (the owner) a message.

    If Cristina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
