Rustic Red A-Frame Cabin is nestled on a small country farm surrounded by seven wooded acres is your place to call home. One can walk into the Cabin naked and have everything they need and then some.

Wine, cheese, bruschetta, and specialty chocolate welcome you into the contemporary decorated cozy home that sleeps seven comfortably.

Ethanol burning fireplace in the living room with a 50" TV on the wall that has all the premium DirecTV channels. Fully stocked galley-styled gourmet kitchen with all your cooking needs.

Just what you deserve is a large bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Grab a glass of wine, light the tabletop fireplace, soak in the tub filled with mineral salts & oils before slipping into a luxury robe.

You'll have the best night's sleep ever in your pick of any of the extra comfortable beds with bed linens like no other. Finally, you can sleep without one eye open with four motion detected security cameras watching over your vehicles and boats. Pro Anglers say "best place they have EVER stayed at." Less than 2 mi. from Lake Ray Roberts and the North Texas Greenbelt. Minutes away from TX Motor Speedway, FW Stock Show, Denton, Dallas, and Winstar Casino.

Executive travelers can get their work done in the upstairs loft office that overlooks the wooded pasture with the retired racehorse Rex and two miniature donkeys, Wally and Beaver.

Relax on retro gliding loveseats and spring chairs in the shade of one-hundred-plus-year-old oak trees as your children play and your pets run free in the large fenced yard and wooded pasture with huge rock boulders. Grill some steaks or roast hotdogs on the large woodburning firepit or Charcoal BBQ grills.

Currently, we have only a one-night minimum but you'll want to spend at least two nights! The perfect place for a romantic getaway. The Cabin is not advertised out front so no one knows you're here.

If you must, bring the family. Perfect place for those birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and small intimate weddings.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Arthur and Lynn (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Arthur and Lynn (the owner) a message.

If Arthur and Lynn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
