From the owner

In the midst of a Southern California's National Forest rests a private golf, tennis, hiking, mountain biking community with its small shops and restaurants. Within a short walk from the village center, golf course and club house is our house waiting for your group to vacation. We offer 7 bedrooms and a loft. Two of the bedrooms are in a separate guest unit downstairs from the main house with it's own kitchenette and bath. Our house has 17 individual beds that sleep up to 27 people as some are double beds. Some rooms sleep up to 5 and have high vaulted ceilings. We have 3 wood burning fireplaces, 5 bathrooms of which 2 have jetted tubs (currently turned off due to severe drought), beautiful large fully equipped kitchen, BBQ-grill, huge deck over looking the Apache Saddle mountain view, and our large flat open back & front yard great for adults and kids to play. The colorful sunsets are beautiful from the deck. Bring your family and friends and just relax and enjoy your stay!

Pine Mountain has many festivals in the warm months.... for current activities like classes, movie nights or concerts on the greens, etc. check pine mountain club's own website.

*Rental price is up to 16 people. After that extra people fee applies $25/person/night.

*House trained & quiet dogs are allowed w/ pet fee of $50/dog. No other pets allowed.

*Washer/dryer available for extra charge of $50. There is a laundromat in town as well. Bring quarters.

*Early check-in & late check-out are possible w/ $75 fee each, but granted a week before arrival date our schedule allowing.

- Up to 8 cars allowed on our driveway. More parking is available off-site.

This is a quiet area; no loud noise allowed!

- Community swimming pool allows up to 6 guests at the time/house. You may have to take turns.

- NO WEDDINGS or other large gatherings (unless the guest count is 30 or less). This includes day visits.

After you make your booking, I'll email you instructions and information on the arrival and stay. I'm always available by phone or email if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your stay.

Note: be sure message me the correct number of guests you may want to stay in your initial inquiry. The base rate allows up to 16, additional fee applies to more. If it's unknown at booking let me know, we can adjust it later. Increase in number of guests must be reported to me prior to arrival.

Number of dogs must be approved and reported as well.

Why can't I call Heidi (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Heidi (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Heidi (the owner) a message.

If Heidi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
