Welcome to our Quail Run Four Seasons Retreat! This luxurious two story 4,000 square foot.

Furnished with beds for 12-13 people,

4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a game room with a pool table & a garage

This custom build retreat comes complete with two decks, the main deck is huge with amazing trees and mountain views at night the view of the stars is spectacular! The main deck is equipped with a gas BBQ and its wonderful place to hang out with family and friends; we supply two big folding tables and lots of folding chairs to enjoy spending time outdoors.

The spacious living areas includes a beautiful 23+ foot high ceiling a very large master bedroom with a private master bath, a second master bedroom with a private master bath, two additional guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom to comfortably accommodate four couples or families with children. With top of the line furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 satellite cable Television, Wi-Fi internet A game room with a pool table and plenty of living space, you will feel like a guest in a private home rather than a tourist in a rental property. Whether you want to relax under the stars on one of the decks, curl up next to one of the fireplaces with a good book or a glass of wine, this house has everything you need for a perfect California mountain vacation.

Rose Checked in with her sister, husbands & kids. The sister told me that they will have extra group of the family & friends coming over later that were not reserved in the quote. The husband paid the extra per person fee & I told them that if the additional people wont show up to call me in the morning and I will come to give the money back. Rose didn't call - In the afternoon I drove by the house and the driveway had 6 cars and 5 more cars parked on the side of the property. On the deck there were 10 more people than what she told me, but I didn't say anything - I didn't want to get in to an argument - I just left home. Rose called me at 8pm the night before she she supposed to check out in the morning. She asked me to come and bring her the money back for the additional guest because NOBODY CAME (lol). When I told her that I saw her group - she started to curse, scream & use profane language- She sounded drunk! & threatened me that she will write a bad review that nobody will stay with us. I told her to do what ever she wants - I could care less I thought that that they are about to burn my house - so I drove there - They were gone, The house was completely trashed, cigarets all over the house, spilled alcohol on the floors, urine & poop in one bathroom, vomit on carpet and bath floor. They broke one of the beds and scratched the coffee table. Clearly they had a big party that went out of control! I recommend to other home owners to NEVER rent to Rose - She is disrespectful to others property, lier & a drunk. We have never had any situation like this and we are renting on 3 other big rental service websites & have many many reviews all of them are 5 stars. Our house is the largest, luxurious, cleanest house in the whole area with the nicest furniture and accommodation and we want to rent it only to nice people. Thank you Anna & Sean

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anna/Sean (the owner) a message.

If Anna/Sean (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
