We fell in love with the mountain views and sense of open space in this four-bedroom/ three bath home.

A large sun-filled living /dining room with pine vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows greet you as you enter the house, signaling that vacation has begun! The 2500 square foot, spacious three-level home offers privacy and ample space for relaxation with family and friends.

View the gorgeous mountains/forest through the windows/sliding glass doors or enjoy lovely views from one of the decks.

In the evening, gather downstairs in the full size family room on the large sectional couch around the brick fireplace or practice a few tunes on the upright piano.

The top floor features the master bedroom with a King-sized bed. a full-bathroom and a private deck The main floor with the kitchen/ living room has two bedrooms - one queen, one with two twin beds and a second bathroom. The bottom floor is like a private apartment - a King-sized bedroom, a full bathroom, and the family-room/fireplace with sliding doors that lead out to the spacious back yard. An additional pull out couch in the upper level reading area and another adjustable single bed can accommodate two more people.

The Pine Mountain Clubhouse offers a beautiful golf course, a completely newly built pool with spa, tennis courts, game room and a bar/bistro restaurant -- all accessible with our guest passes.

The house is located in the Pine Mountain Community and renters are expected to follow all association rules including: no discharge of any firearms (including bb guns or paintball); no open fires of any kind; dogs must be kept on leash; no loud noise after 10 pm. There is 24 hour security/patrol and if the patrol issues a warning or a citation, renters will be charged their full security deposit as this impacts our ability to rent in the community.

Thanks for the feedback about the trash can - it's being replaced. Sorry you didn't like our art - no one has mentioned that before! The only change from the photos that I can figure out you may be referring to - is new dining room chairs and an additional patio set. The small broom was a scented cinnamon room refreshener from Trader Joes' = we removed it in case of further confusion.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julie (the owner) a message.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
