"La Foresteria- Garra Farm", is the manor house located within the farm of our property, in a strategic position for a holiday of relaxation and the sea of ​​Abruzzo, enjoying a breathtaking view on one of the most beautiful places on the Adriatic coast. Let yourself be carried away by the unspoilt nature of Abruzzo, you will be able to enjoy a unique environmental context, where the green of the hills is confused with the blue of the sea. Our adventure begins 3 years ago, when in addition to the production of extra virgin olive oil, we understood that to give a further boost to our farm we had to renovate the large villa in the company to welcome tourists and nature, sea and our delicious extra virgin olive oil. The villa is located in an optimal position to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sign of nature and the sea, 3 km from the town of Pineto and 1 km from the beautiful ancient village of Mutignano where you can discover unique views of the alleys that they look at 360 degrees all of Abruzzo. The house is spread over 2 floors, spread over 300 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. The layout of the house is as follows: on the first floor there is the entrance, a well-finished living room with fireplace, a bathroom with utility room, kitchen and dining room with fireplace; on the second floor there are 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, available to guests we also have 2 single beds and a cot for children. Both floors have a 360-degree balcony around the property, and from which you can enjoy a splendid view. Guests have access to ample parking, and a garden of olive trees. Possibility to bring animals.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
