Description

This delightful little house is set in the grounds of the main home of the Danish Family Jenson.

The house consists of

1 double bedroom

1 small bedroom with bunk beds

Shower room

Kitchen Area

In and outdoor dining area

Lovely swimming pool and garden.

Modern in its design and comfort.

Perfect for 2 or 4 people.

This newly built house is perfect place to relax or have as a base for you to explore this area.

The house is at the end of a 1500 m2 large lawn in a rural setting, with plenty of space for children to run around and enjoy the pool.

It maybe small but it has all the comforts of home.

Pinhal Novo is just 5 minutes away, where you will find shops restaurants and the main train station.

On the second Sunday of the month there is a large gypsy market held in the town. Great food and bargains to he had.

To the south you will find the Towns of Palmela and Setubal both famous for their castles and wine.

The west coast has some of the nicest beaches Portugal has to offer.

“Perfect for us”

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this villa. It was spotlessly clean and decorated in a minimalist Scandinavian style which is perfect for unpacking into a clutter free environment. The villa was well stocked with kitchen utensils and crockery etc. and had plenty of towels and an outhouse with beach and pool paraphernalia as well as laundry facilities. As we were travelling with a baby, the owners had kindly put up gated fence around the pool for our arrival. We received a very ward welcome and a friendly farewell, but other than that had plenty of space and privacy, although, had we required any assistance they would have been happy to help. We've stayed in many villas booked on this website over the years and this has been one of the best.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mandy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
