Estáis invitados a disfrutar de una estancia tranquila en esta casa rehabilitada del S.XIX, justo en la plaza del pueblo. Consta de un amplio salón y un dormitorio principal para dos adultos y uno individual. Y un sofá cama en el salón.

A 30 minutos tanto de Granada como de la playa y de Las Alpujarras.

Ideal para parejas en busca de unas vacaciones rurales y tranquilas, en el que se puede disfrutar de un entorno acogedor, rodeado de naturaleza.

Estamos disponibles para prestar ayuda ante cualquier duda.

EL ESPACIO

El apartamento está situado en la planta baja de la casa. Está rehabilitada, aunque mantene la esencia original en sus techos y puertas de madera maciza. Con una decoración que permite sentirse como en su propia casa. Con amplios muros que mantiene una temperatura ideal sea en verano como en invierno.

El dormitorio principal y el salón dan al exterior. Por otro lado, hay dos patios interiores para el resto de habitaciones.

SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS We have 3 bicycles, one of them for children (free service). We offer the possibility of equestrian routes (with prior reservation) and advice for hiking trails. In summer there is the possibility of renting a kayak to use it either in the Béznar reservoir or on the beach. We also offer a small free welcome breakfast. ATTENTION TO THE GUESTS As much as they want. If you want to be accompanied or simply advised of the typical activities that take place here.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carmen (the owner) a message.

    If Carmen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
