THE ACCOMMODATION Apartment, completely brand new, with everything, Wifi, bedding, towels, mattresses and pillows viscoelastic, kitchenware, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, steam iron and board, dryer, washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioning cold heat, very quiet in the living room and rooms, hangers on shelves, paper services, hand gel, with parking and direct elevator to the apartment, already included in the price, totally new, on the M-50 in the South few Km. From Madrid. Cercanías train to Warner Park and to the center of Madrid the Sol station in 25 minutes, beautiful. This apartment is ideal to visit, Madrid, 20 Km. Aranjuez, Chinchon, Toledo, El Escorial, Avila, Segovia. Minimum stay 6 Nights from June 21, September 10, minimum stay one week. At the arrival the guests of the apartment are received by us, that approximately one 15 minutes we explain, how the appliances work, the parking, where is the bed linen and towels, and we carry out the delivery of keys, with our telephone numbers in case they had some small problem, or some consultation if it were necessary in 10 minutes we would be in the apartment, they can also call us for any kind of information restaurants, events in Madrid of all. The apartment is ideal for families of 5 people, it is very bright with lots of security for the little ones. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alberto (the owner) a message.

If Alberto (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
