Sea Breeze Apartment is a two bedroom apartment located in Leventocori Ilias just a breath away from a sandy beach, overlooking Ionian sea, ideal for a family of four persons.

The property is set on the ground floor, with a huge private garden and amazing sea views, in a very quite area, in the country side of Levendochori village.

It features one single and one double master bedroom, as well as two modern shower rooms. Entering the property you get into an open plan space, with full equipped kitchen, a sitting area as well.

The decoration throughout the house has been chosen with such a care and attention in order to exude absolute tranquility, comfort and functionality.

In any case, the most remarkable part of the property is the garden, with its beautiful kiosk overlooking the blue sea and promising unforgettable dining al fresco nights away from is all.

The place is ideal for all ages and within walking distance from the local tavernas and mini markets.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ioannis (the owner) a message.

    If Ioannis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
