Estimada Silvina, muchas gracias por sus comentarios útiles! Fue un placer tenerte a ti y a tu familia con nosotros. Tenemos que disculparnos por las molestias que tuviste durante tu estadía de 10 días en la hermosa Sugar Loaf Casa 15. Desafortunadamente hemos tenido una primavera muy desagradable y lluviosa que sólo terminó un par de días antes de que comenzara la temporada alta. Por esta razón no tuvimos oportunidad de reparar las manchas y otros menores que usted había mencionado. Y otras cosas también. La limpieza programada es después de 7 días, pero como dice nuestra carta de bienvenida: los clientes pueden tener limpieza extra y cambio de toallas si lo desean y quieren pagar. Las posibilidades confiables de WIFI en Uruguay son muy limitadas y también costosas. Por esta razón hemos elegido Movistar por su excelente conexión, incluso en temporada alta cuando otras redes pueden tener problemas de ancho de banda. Pero el único contrato posible es con un límite de 15 Gigabytes / Mes. Por esta razón siempre añadimos 500 Pesos / UY (la cantidad máxima posible) antes de que lleguen nuevos clientes, como en su caso. Si no tenía más saldo después de 4 días, significa que usted o alguien de su familia ha consumido más de 15 GB en este corto período de tiempo. Pero es muy fácil añadir más saldo comprando pagando cualquier cantidad hasta 500 Pesos UY en cualquiera de nuestros supermercados y ya estás en línea de nuevo. Acabamos de tener una familia, donde los niños se las arreglaron para conseguir los 15 GB utilizados dentro de menos de un dia:) Gracias también por sus comentarios sobre la seguridad. Sugar Loaf es seguro y está marcado como propiedad privada donde no se permite la entrada a otras personas. No hemos tenido ningún problema de seguridad en los últimos 7 años! Una vez más muchas gracias por su comentario útil y vamos a tratar de hacer todo lo posible para su próxima visita. Esperamos volver a verle pronto. Why can't I call Paul-W. (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Paul-W. (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul-W. (the owner) a message.

If Paul-W. (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
