El Marco Villa is a luxurious 2 bedroom villa situated 5 minutes away from Pissouri Bay center. You can reach us in just 20 minutes and from Limassol and Pafos.

Spending your holiday at El Marco Villa is an unforgettable experience with all the comforts you would expect for a pleasant vacation. Inside the Villa you will find 2 bedrooms both equipped with air conditioning; a master bedroom with a large double bed and in the other room with 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will.

It also offers a private parking garage, a top of the line Jacuzzi hot tub to get your spa on and a swimming pool to cool down and splash away your worries with the family.

The living room is also equipped with air-conditioning and it has 2 sofas, WiFi (an Ethernet cable also included in case your device does not have wireless option) and a TV with a DVD.

Next to the swimming pool you will find plenty of sunbeds and a patio surrounded by a beautiful garden with tall palm trees. Behind the Villa there is an outdoor kitchen equipped with barbeque equipment and station with a patio for dining outdoors.

With your Arrival we Offer you local wine and freshly picked fruits.

Pissouri Bay and Pissouri beach with its many taverns and water sports and grocery shops is in within a walking distance. Why can't I call Nicolas (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicolas (the owner) a message.

If Nicolas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
