Description

Ambelones villa is fully furnished to a high standard. It sleeps up to four comfortably with a double and twin room, both of which have air conditioning. There is a third bedroom which is a mezzanine room accessible by a wooden step ladder. The mezzanine does not have air con. The magnificent views to both front and rear can be enjoyed from any one of 3 balconies.

You will be provided with all the comforts of home including garden furniture, WIFI, BBQ, Broadband TV, DVD player, Micro-wave oven, car port, and bath and shower rooms, to name but a few.

You will have easy access to a well maintained swimming pool or alternatively, take a short stroll to the beautiful beach in the bay.

The villa is situated on the south coast of Cyprus between Limassol and Pathos. Pissouri Bay is a respectable quiet area which has managed to maintain many of Cyprus’s traditional qualities. The villa sleeps 4 comfortably; it has one double and one twin bedroom with a further single mezzanine room. The main bedrooms have great views, balconies and air conditioning. The lounge is furnished with a 3 piece suite, coffee table, broadband TV and DVD player. (DVDs provided), ceiling fan and glazed double doors leading to a large balcony with table and chairs and roll down sun shade. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooker, washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave oven, breakfast bar and a complete range of crockery and cutlery. There is a choice of upstairs bathroom or downstairs walk in shower room, both have sink and toilet with a plentiful supply of clean towels.

The front garden is mainly paved with flower and shrub borders and an assortment of potted plants. A BBQ stand is also provided.To the rear of the house is a covered car port. Residents have free use of the restaurant swimming pool which is a few minutes walk from the villa. A walk to the beach, shops and restaurants takes about 10 minutes.

“Peaceful, relaxing haven”

Ambelones is well situated in a quiet area 10 minutes walk from the bay. You will need a car to fully appreciate the possibilities of day-trips and to do your shopping. The house itself has adequate utensils for cooking. We were provided with linen and towels. Anne and Phil were very helpful and were there when we needed them. The swimming pool, 5 minutes walk from the house, was a necessity at the start of the day. Coral Bay's sandy beach is about 30 minutes drive away. All in all, we had a very pleasant fortnight and would definitely book again if we were going to southern Cyprus.

We stayed in this villa in June 2015- it was a lovely quiet location whilst being near to amenities such as the beach, restaurants and shared pool. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for a holiday for two..highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Ambelones. It was great that we could use the pool up the hill. Very close to very nice and quiet beaches. We very much liked the quietness of the neigbhourhood. The airco's in the bedrooms were very nice for a good night sleep.... We hope to return some day.

We stayed here for our my husbnads 50th, it was an excellent location. Ideal if you want everything withn a short drive but a quiet haven to come back to. Lots of info about the local area. It was a vert nice house, the picture gives a true reflection. We actually stayed in 2009 but the site does'nt allow an entry to be entered that far back, any way I just came accross it and thought it deserved a review. I would stay again if i returned to Cyprus.

How do damage deposits work?
