The house is inserted in an ancient farm in the countryside and in the heart of Tuscany. The farmhouse, very bright and cozy, has been restored and furnished with furniture of the beginning of 900. The cottage is near the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany. Staying in our house you will experience a unique experience, because everything contributes to give suggestions of a bygone era, in which the peasant, with his work and his daily life, giving full meaning to everyday life. The kitchen of the house is equipped with a convection oven, four-burner stove with gas stove, fridge freezer, and complete with all the necessary utensils and crockery. The house is equipped with screens on all windows, internet wi-fi throughout the house, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, TV and DVD player. The house is also complete with large garden with a ping-pong table and foosball, exclusive parking and free. The house is surrounded by greenery and is surrounded by fields yet with typical traditional cultures of the Tuscan countryside, such as olive groves, vineyards and wheat, and is just 4 km from the center of Pistoia, 30 km from Florence, 38km from Lucca, 60km from Pisa and the seaside towns of Viareggio and the Versilia coast with the beautiful town of Forte dei Marmi, 13 km from the spa town of Montecatini Terme and Monsummano Terme, 46km from the ski resort of Abetone.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

    How can I retract my booking request?

    You’ll need to contact EDOARDO (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send EDOARDO (the owner) a message.

    If EDOARDO (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
